How much do I have to put down to block a time slot at your private office/ meeting room in Causeway Bay?

We require customers to purchase meeting room hours online.   Once payment has been confirmed, customers will be able to select their desired room number, date and time online!  Please feel free to amend your booking for free unlimitedly 48 hrs prior to the meeting room start time.

Is the payment for room rental refundable?

Please notes that Hour Passes and one day passes are not eligible for refund. Multi-day Pass / Meeting Room Bookings will not be eligible for refund.

For Meeting Room Bookings, you may amend the time of the booking for free 48hrs prior to the booking start time on the booking platform (unlimitedly)! For date and time amendments to meeting room bookings within 48hrs prior to the booking start time, there is a $30 administrative charge.

How long in prior should I make a booking before arriving at your meeting room in CWB?
Literally as soon as you're able to make up your mind! Same goes with making special requests while using our self study room in Hong Kong!

Can my guests get in first / stay after without my presence?

Yes, like booking a table, give us the name email/phone number and what you booked at what time, you're in just like that.

Will there be any charges if we bring our own refreshment to your meeting room in Hong Kong?

We won't be charging you extra for the self-brought preparations, however, you're advised to clean them up afterwards, or you might subject to cleaning fees on top of the room rental charge.
